Photo Submission. As part of Reports, BCI requests you submit project-related photographs. We strongly encourage and prefer photos of people working. No image shall depic t the handling of a bat with ungloved hands. Ali photos submitted from fieldwork after 1 March 2020 should include appropriate persona! protective equipment (PPE), such as face masks, for reducing the transmission of SARS-CoV-2. Photos shall be in color, with reasonably high resolution, suitable for use in BCl's online and print publications, including the website and BATS magazine. Each shall be submitted as an electronic file (e.g., JPEG, TIFF), accompanied by full photo credit, date, and caption information, identifying project participants depicted where feasible. Please provide text/caption describing what is seen in the photo. Also include who to credit for taking the photo. lf you identify individuals by name in your photograph descriptions, please be sure you have obtained their permission to disclose and utilize for potential publication. lf you are experiencing any difficulties with reporting, please contact the scholarship coordinator.
