Photo Submission. As part of Reports, BCI requests you submit project-related photographs. We strongly encourage and prefer photos of people working. No image shall depic t the handling of a bat with ungloved hands. Ali photos submitted from fieldwork after 1 March 2020 should include appropriate persona! protective equipment (PPE), such as face masks, for reducing the transmission of SARS-CoV-2. Photos shall be in color, with reasonably high resolution, suitable for use in BCl's online and print publications, including the website and BATS magazine. Each shall be submitted as an electronic file (e.g., JPEG, TIFF), accompanied by full photo credit, date, and caption information, identifying project participants depicted where feasible. Please provide text/caption describing what is seen in the photo. Photo Submission. After completion of each location, contractor shall take a photo of the completed cemetery/property using the Solocator or Timestamp cell phone app and e-mail the photo to the City designated e-mail address(es) as instructed by the City Project Manager no later than 8:00 AM the next business day.
