Common use of PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE PROJECT Clause in Contracts

PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE PROJECT. Designer shall have the right to document, photograph or otherwise record all completed designs or installations of the Project, and to reproduce, publish and display such documentation, photographs or records for Designer’s promotional purposes in accordance with Section 6 of the Basic Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

If otherwise documented by licenses in Section II, Designer shall have the right to documentdoc- ument, photograph or otherwise record all completed designs or installations of the Project, and to reproduce, publish and display such documentation, photographs or records for Designer’s promotional purposes in accordance with Section 6 of the Basic Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
