At the request of the applicant, two front fog lamps constituting a matched pair corresponding to paragraph 4.2.2.5. of this Regulation may be tested separately. In this case the specified requirements for lines 6, 7, 8, 9 and the Zone D in the table in paragraph 6.4.3. above apply to half the sum of readings of the right-hand and left-hand side front fog lamp. However each of the two front fog lamps shall meet at least 50 per cent of the minimum value required for line 6. Additionally, each of the two front fog lamps that constitute the matched pair corresponding to paragraph 4.2.2.5. of this Regulation are only required to meet the requirements of line 6 and line 7 from 5° inwards to 10° outwards. 6.4.3.3. Inside the field between lines 1 to 5 in Figure 3 of Annex 4, the beam pattern should be substantially uniform. Discontinuities in intensities detrimental to satisfactory visibility between the lines 6, 7, 8 and 9 are not permitted. 6.4.3.4. Photometric requirements. The luminaire shall have a total delivered light efficiency of not less than 95% at mean life of LEDS, and 70% at 20 years, measurements shall be done at 25 degree Celsius. Luminaire shall deliver 8192 lumens minimum for 110 W luminaire and 6000 lumens minimum for 78 w luminaire, with efficacy not less than 75. Color temperature range 4000(+300,-500) degrees ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Color Rendering Index shall be more than 71% (CRI > 71%) at 25 degree Centigrade. Luminaire shall be in compliance with LM 79 -08. Luminaire IES classification shall be type II or type III. Longitudinal classification shall be medium, cutoff classification, and BUG rating shall be B2 U1 G2 maximum. The successful bidder shall submit for approval to the Director and Division of Street Lighting certified photometric test data report, giving the light distribution pattern, the luminaire efficiency and measurements as per IES- LM- 79-08. The test report shall certify that the luminaire comply with the photometric requirements, and include the performance data of luminaire with time and the junction temperature. UL certification, IP66 certification and 3G vibration certification shall be submitted. All tests shall be performed by an independent and recognized testing laboratory.
Photometric requirements. The luminaire shall have a total delivered light efficiency of not less than 90% of initial delivered lumens at 25000 hours of life of LEDS, and 70% of initial delivered lumens at 50000 hours of life of LEDS, measurements shall be done at 25 degrees Celsius. Luminaire initial delivered lumens at 25 degree Celsius shall be 10200 minimum for 160 Watt luminaire and 6500 minimum for 100 Watt, with color temperature range 4000 degrees ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Color Rendering Index shall be more than 71% (CRI > 71%) at 25 degree Centigrade. Luminaire shall have a minimum upward lighting , with no significant glare G2 rating and IES classifications, type III , IV or type V if specified by Street Lighting Division Longitudinal classification shall be medium or short as specified by Street Lighting. The successful bidder shall submit for approval to the Director and Division of Street Lighting certified photometric test data report, giving the light distribution pattern, the luminaire efficiency and measurements as per IES- LM- 79-08. The test report shall certify that the luminaire comply with the photometric requirements, and include the performance data of luminaire with time and the junction temperature. Air Journey may require guests to produce a doctor’s certificate certifying that they are fit to participate. Any physical condition requiring special attention, diet, or treatment should be reported in writing when the reservation is made. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Participants with special needs; however, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs. . Walking and climbing stairs are required in many hotels and airports, and are part of many excursions. If you require a slower pace, extra assistance, or the use of a cane or walking stick, arrangements will be made for private touring at each destination, if necessary, at the discretion of our Journey staff. Any extra cost for such arrangements will be the responsibility of the Participant. If you would like to forego some of the scheduled sightseeing to rejuvenate and relax, please feel free to do so at any time. Acting reasonably, if Air Journey is unable to properly accommodate the need of the person(s) concerned or believes that health and safety may be compromised, Air Journey reserves the right to refuse participation. Air Journey also reserves the right to remove from the trip, at the participant’s own expense, anyone whose physical condition or conduct negatively impacts the enjoyment of the other guests or disrupts the tour. Malaria and other diseases may be present in some of the countries featured in this itinerary; proof of yellow fever inoculation may be required. For the latest recommendations on specific health precautions for the areas you will visit, consult your physician and the Centers for Disease Control. The participant represents that neither he nor she nor anyone traveling with him or her has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to himself or herself or other members of the tour. The itinerary and Journey leaders are subject to modification and change by Air Journey. Every reasonable effort will be made to operate the Journey as planned; however, should unforeseen world events and conditions require our itinerary to be altered, Air Journey reserves the right to do so for the safety and best interest of the group without prior notification or consultation. The operation of these flights is subject to the foreign governments involved granting landing rights for the flight. If the air carrier cannot obtain these rights for any particular flight leg of the Journey, that flight leg will be canceled and alternative arrangements may be made, at the discretion of Air Journey. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.
