Physical Interface. The physical Point of Interconnection for Verizon and GNAPS for the End Point Fiber Meet will be the GNAPS’ fiber patch panel as designated by GNAPs. Unless otherwise indicated, GNAPS will maintain the Fiber Patch Panel. The Parties agree that Verizon has unescorted access to the Verizon side of the Fiber Patch Panel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without limitation, and that GNAPs has unescorted access to the GNAPs side of the Fiber Patch Panel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without limitation. Verizon will monitor and maintain the fiber optic electronics owned by Verizon. GNAPs will monitor and maintain the fiber optic electronics owned by GNAPs.
Physical Interface. The physical interface between the ECNs shall be 120 Ohm balanced termination provided by means of a twisted pair terminated on 10 pair Kröne insulation displacement terminating blocks. A loss of 6 dB is supported for both termination types.
Physical Interface. As set forth herein, a MAUL arrangement establishes a physical point of interface between the Verizon and Xxxxxx networks through which Xxxxxx may access unbundled local Loops served by the relevant Central Office.
Physical Interface. The physical interface shall be considered the fiber patch panel in the enclosure box located at the two locations noted in Section 2 above. The connector panels are approved and appropriate for the application and the size of cable to be connected. The connector panel locations provide 24-hour access to both Verizon and Charter. The connector panels are individually locked. The interconnecting carrier may splice its fiber to the fiber stub provided at the patch enclosure. The Parties will pay any additional cost for the connector panel and installation as set forth in Section 11.
