Physical Parameters. The Project will be constructed on public property of the Board of Public Education for the City of Savannah and the County of Chatham. A plat of boundary line survey of the property involved was furnished to the Design Professional under cover of a letter from the Owner, identified in the Contract, and the Design Professional is entitled to rely on such information.
