Physical Distancing. 1. The District shall limit occupancy of bathrooms, elevators, locker rooms, staff rooms, offices, warehouses, and conference rooms, and any other shared work or school spaces to provide no less than six (6) feet of distancing. Adjacent bathroom stalls may be used. The District shall post signs with occupancy limits conspicuously at the entrance to each room. 2. Persons on school grounds, including students and staff, will not be allowed to congregate in staff rooms, break rooms, entrances, exits, hallways, or other common areas. At places where students and staff congregate or wait in line, the District shall mark spots on the floor or the walls 6 feet apart to indicate where to stand. 3. Staff and students will not be allowed to congregate on school grounds when outside. Safe distancing of 6 feet will be maintained at all times.

Physical distancing involves maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet from any other person at all times, except when doing so is incompatible with one's job duties (see below). Physical Distancing. Capacity for students and employees in any facility and/or classroom will follow Health and Safety standards dictated by DOH and/or PHSKC. As of the date of the execution of this Agreement, current physical distancing guidance calls for three (3) feet of distancing between students in the classroom, when possible and six (6) feet of distancing in all other school spaces, when possible. The parties agree that the term, “when possible” means that the distancing requirements will be met unless doing so would result in a student not having adequate access to in-person school services.

Consistent with the most recent guidance of March 20, 2021, staff desks shall be at least 6 feet away from students and other staff desks. Maintaining a minimum of 3 feet between student desks/chairs is strongly recommended. Safe distancing within the classroom of 3 feet apart or other distance recommended by the CDPH will be maintained at all times. 3 feet of distance between student to student within the classroom will be maintained while ensuring other public health measures are adhered too up to and including the wearing of face coverings.

Physical Distancing. All individuals are expected to practice physical distancing while on-site. Common areas where shared refrigerators, coffee makers, and microwaves are located have been closed to reduce the risk for indirect person to person contact. Xxxxxxx meeting rooms, common areas, breakrooms, locker rooms, etc. have been modified to help everyone maintain a six-foot distance from one another. In addition, Xxxxxxx has removed tables and chairs, added floor markings, limited the number of people in specific areas, added physical barriers where practical, and posted reminder postings throughout each Facility. Where close proximity is a necessity, individuals must follow Xxxxxxx protocols to ensure risks are minimized as those tasks are completed.
