Common use of Physical Space Requirements Clause in Contracts

Physical Space Requirements. All professional employees of the District, including itinerant professional staff, will have consistent, adequate space in order to fulfill their duties in an ethical, respectful, safe and confidential manner. The classrooms shall include proper conditions, appropriate lighting, ventilation, acoustical treatment, heating, adequate supplies, and storage of materials to ensure a barrier-free learning environment and shall conform to the requirements of school building regulations prescribed by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
