Common use of Physician Employment and Recruitment Clause in Contracts

Physician Employment and Recruitment. The Advisory Board shall advise Manager and Practice with respect to the types of physicians required for the efficient operation of the medical practice of Practice and the content of all physician employment and recruitment contracts to be utilized by Practice. Before any binding offer of employment is extended by Practice, Practice shall provide Manager at least fifteen (15) days prior notice.
