Common use of PHYSICIAN OBLIGATIONS Clause in Contracts

PHYSICIAN OBLIGATIONS. 13 A. In consideration of payments by COUNTY to CONTRACTOR for payment for Emergency 14 Services and/or Care pursuant to the Agreement, COUNTY’s obligation to Physicians shall be satisfied.
