Physician Payment Reporting. To the extent that Regeneron is required by Applicable Law to report payments made by Sponsor and its subcontractors to physicians or teaching hospitals, Sponsor shall provide on a timely basis, in consultation with Regeneron, all information necessary to comply with Applicable Law.
