Common use of Picket Line Clause in Contracts

Picket Line. It shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement for an employee to refuse to cross a picket line which has been legally established as a result of a bona fide labour dispute between a recognized Trade Union and an Employer with whom the picketing Union has a dispute.

Picket Line. It shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement for an employee to refuse to cross a picket line which has been legally established as a result of a bona fide labour dispute between a recognized Trade Union and an Employer with whom the picketing Union has a dispute.

Picket Line. It shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement for an employee to refuse to cross a picket line which has been legally established as a result of a bona fide labour dispute between a recognized Trade Union and an Employer with whom the picketing Union union has a dispute. No statement in this Article is intended to restrict the scope or ambit of the Labour Relations Code.

Picket Line. It shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement for an employee to refuse to cross a picket line that may be a threat to their safety, which has been legally established as a result of a bona fide labour dispute between dispute. This action must be communicated to management prior to a recognized Trade Union and an Employer with whom the picketing Union has a disputefinal decision.
