PIPING INDUSTRY TRUST FUNDS. 27.01 It is mutually agreed that each Employer signatory to this Agreement shall contribute to the Trust Funds as outlined in this Clause, and each Employer shall be bound to all the rules and regulations contained herein governing the remittance of contributions and the collection of Trust Fund monies.
