Common use of Place and Date Clause in Contracts

Place and Date. The purchase and sale of the Property shall be completed in accordance with Article 8 hereof (the "Closing"). The Closing shall occur through escrow No. AC18929A with the Title Company at 0000 X. 0xx Xxx. #000, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000 on May __, 1999 (the "Closing Date"), or at such other place or on such other date as Seller and Buyer agree in writing. Prior to the Closing Date, Seller and Buyer each shall give appropriate written escrow instructions, consistent with this Agreement, to the Title Company for the Closing in accordance with this Agreement.
