Common use of Place for Meetings Clause in Contracts

Place for Meetings. Meetings of the Committees of the Labor Council will be permitted on City property when and where work is not interrupted by such meetings and when such meetings are not held during the regularly scheduled duty hours of the participants on the day in question. Committees shall not consist of more than three (3) members and may meet as necessary to administer this Agreement.
