Place of Meetings and Meetings by Telephone. Meetings of Members shall be held at any place designated by the Board of Managers. In the absence of any such designation, meetings of Members shall be held at the principal place of business of the Company. Any meeting of the Members may be held by conference telephone or similar communication equipment so long as all Members participating in the meeting can hear one another, and all Members participating by telephone or similar communication equipment shall be deemed to be present in person at the meeting.
