Grantor shall give the Collateral Agent at least forty-five (45) days prior written notice before it changes the location of its chief executive office and shall at the expense of Grantor execute and deliver such instruments and documents as required to maintain a prior perfected security interest and as requested by the Collateral Agent. Grantor will hold and preserve such records and will permit representatives of the Collateral Agent upon reasonable notice during normal business hours to inspect and make abstracts from such records.
