Place of Work Your normal place of work is at the School, or at any premises used from time to time by the School, unless Your duties take You elsewhere. The Governing Body reserves the right to require You to work at such other place or places as it may reasonably require from time to time subject to the provision of reasonable notice. You will not usually be required to work outside of the United Kingdom.
REGISTERED OFFICE & AGENT The name and location of the registered agent will be as stated in the Company’s formation documents and complies with Section 605.0113 of the Act. Place of Meeting The annual meeting, or any special meeting of the Members, shall be held in Nashville, Tennessee, unless otherwise designated by them. A waiver of notice, signed by all Members, may designate any place, either within or without the State, as the place for the holding of such meeting.
