Placement and Orientation Sample Clauses
The Placement and Orientation clause defines the specific positioning and directional alignment of items, equipment, or structures as required by a contract or agreement. It typically outlines where an object must be located within a space and the angle or direction it should face, such as specifying that signage must be mounted at a certain height and face a particular street. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of spatial requirements, thereby preventing disputes over improper installation or misplacement.
