Placement arrangements. This Agreement applies to all placements arranged between a Health Faculty and the Health Care Provider. The Xxxx of a Health Faculty may designate one or more persons, from time to time, to coordinate placements for that Health Faculty pursuant to this Agreement and will advise the Health Care Provider of any such designation.
