Plain Impressions. The electronically produced ‘plain’ impression images of the thumbs and four fingers of each hand must be displayed in the proper sequence within the designated blocks on the standard fingerprint card formats. The four finger images must be captured simultaneously for each hand and printed in the designated boxes on the fingerprint card. The four finger capture area of the scan surface must be so designed as to ensure that all four fingers of each hand are simultaneously captured without losing any of the area above the flexion crease.

  • Geological and Archeological Specimens If, during the execution of the Work, the Contractor, any Subcontractor, or any servant, employee, or agent of either should uncover any valuable material or materials, such as, but not limited to, treasure trove, geological specimens, archival material, archeological specimens, or ore, the Contractor acknowledges that title to the foregoing is vested in the Owner. The Contractor shall notify the Owner upon the discovery of any of the foregoing, shall take reasonable steps to safeguard it, and seek further instruction from the Design Professional. Any additional cost incurred by the Contractor shall be addressed under the provision for changed conditions. The Contractor agrees that the Geological and Water Resources Division and the Historic Preservation Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources may inspect the Work at reasonable times.

  • MPS LOGO/PUBLICITY No Contractor shall use the MPS Logo in its literature or issue a press release about the subject of this Contract without prior written notice to and written approval of MPS’s Executive Director of Communications & Outreach.

  • Explosives Explosives or other highly flammable substances shall not be stored on Railroad's property without the prior written approval of Railroad.

  • Examples (i) The taxpayer has received a statutory notice of deficiency, under I.R.C. Sec. 6212, which entitles the taxpayer to seek Tax Court review of a proposed tax deficiency.
