Common use of Plainclothes Officers Clause in Contracts

Plainclothes Officers. Plainclothes members will receive an annual clothing allowance of eleven hundred dollars ($1,100.00) effective January 1, 2009. Such sum to be prorated for members assigned to plainclothes more than thirty (30) calendar days but for less than one full year.
