Plaintiffs’ Counsel and Defendants. Counsel shall jointly file or cause to be filed a motion seeking and strongly advocating for the entry of the Case Management Order at Exhibit 11 in each of those other federal and state courts, as part of the reasons supporting dismissal and as a necessary component of the Settlement Agreement.
