Plan Administration Service Providers. Arconic Corporation may transfer Personal Data to Fidelity or other independent service providers that assist Arconic Corporation with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Plan Administrator”). The processing of Personal Data will take place through both electronic and non-electronic means. Personal Data will only be accessible by those individuals requiring access to it for purposes of implementing, administering and operating the Plan.
