Plan and Grant Document Control. The grant of the Award hereunder is governed and controlled by the terms of the Plan and this Agreement. All the provisions of the Plan, as such may be amended from time to time, are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. All capitalized terms utilized in this Agreement shall have the same meaning as in the Plan, except as otherwise specifically provided herein.
