Common use of Plan D Clause in Contracts

Plan D. a. Bus Aides and School-Age Child Care Aides may purchase the insurance benefits provided for bargaining unit members within the Departments of Office Personnel and Paraprofessionals at the group rate determined by the insurance carrier(s) provided such insurance carrier(s) allows such purchase. The purchase of such benefits shall be made by payroll deduction.
