PLAN DESCRIPTION AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. During the term of this Agreement, bargaining unit employees hired on or after September 1, 2010 shall be eligible to voluntarily participate in the City of Lincoln 457 Deferred Compensation Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions established in the Ameritas Deferred Compensation Plan documents.
