Common use of Plan Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Plan Interpretation. Blue Shield of California shall have the power and discre- tionary authority to construe and interpret the provisions of this Agreement, to determine the benefits of this Agreement and determine eligibility to receive benefits under this Agreement. Blue Shield of California shall exercise this au- thority for the benefit of all Members entitled to receive ben- efits under this Agreement.
