Contractor will not disclose Covered Persons’ PHI to Plan Sponsor, unless and until the Plan authorizes Contractor in writing to disclose the minimum necessary Covered Persons’ PHI to Plan Sponsor for the plan administration functions to be performed by Plan Sponsor as specified in the Plan.
