Common use of Plan Term Clause in Contracts

Plan Term. This Standard Service Contract will commence and take effect immediately on the date of purchase of the Plan Device, or in the event that the Plan Device is obtained by You by way of contract with a network operator the Standard Service Contract will commence and take effect immediately on the date the contract was concluded between You and the network operator.
