PLANHOLDER INQUIRIES. The Sponsor and the Custodian will respond promptly to each Planholder inquiry received by the Sponsor and Custodian, respectively, to the extent that the Sponsor or Custodian, as applicable, can respond to such inquiry. In the event that any such inquiry cannot be responded to, the party receiving such inquiry will refer the inquiry to other party to this Agreement.
