Common use of Planned Periodic Reports Clause in Contracts

Planned Periodic Reports. As described in the HCP, the SSHCP Implementing Entity will submit periodic reports describing their activities and results of the monitoring program provided for in the SSHCP. In accordance with Chapters 8 and 9 of the SSHCP, the SSHCP Implementing Entity will submit an annual report by April 1 of each year that describes for the reporting period the status of Covered Activities, the results of the required monitoring, any instances of noncompliance with the provisions of the HCP, actions taken to rectify the non- compliance, any problems under the HCP, and all other of the reporting requirements set forth in Chapters 8 and 9 of the SSHCP.
