Common use of Planned Service Downtime Clause in Contracts

Planned Service Downtime. For the purpose of supporting or maintaining the Service (including, but not limited to the roll-out of Updates), the Service might experience a Planned Service Downtime. Service Provider shall, to the extent reasonably practicable, schedule Planned Service Downtime outside of general business hours. The Service Provider shall make good faith efforts to give notice to Customer of such Planned Service Downtime as soon as possible, but at least twenty-four (24) hours via appropriate means (e.g. email or telephone).
