Planning Certificates. 47.1 The Developer acknowledges that the Council may, in its absolute discretion, make a notation under section 10.7(5) of the Act regarding this Agreement on any certificate issued under section 10.7(2) of the Act relating to the Land, and is not to raise an objection, make any claim or demand or bring any action in that regard.
