Receipt of Notices sent by email. (a) A Notice sent under clause 15.2 is taken to be given or made: when the sender receives an email acknowledgement from the recipient's information system showing the Notice has been delivered to the email address stated above; when the Notice enters an information system controlled by the recipient; or when the Notice is first opened or read by the recipient, whichever occurs first.
