Planning Schedule. Any planning schedule or quantity estimate provided or otherwise accepted by APB shall be used solely for production planning. APB may purchase Products in different quantities and specify different delivery dates as necessary to meet APB's requirements. Such planning schedule and quantity estimate shall be subject to adjustment from time to time. Any such adjustment is not a change under Article 10.0, but subject to Article 11.0 of this Agreement.
Planning Schedule. The planning schedule, attached hereto as Attachment 11211 and by this reference incorporated herein, is a schedule to be used for planning production following the initial purchase order release. (c) Attached hereto as Schedule 2 and made a part hereof is a schedule approved by Landlord and Tenant for preparation and approval of the Plans and completion of the Tenant Improvements.

Planning Schedule. On a monthly basis, Exabyte shall issue to Seller a twelve (12) month rolling forecast (as specified in Exhibit B). This forecast shall serve as Seller's authorization to acquire material and build Product in accordance with the Product Lead Time Model. Seller shall apply any overage resulting from a forecast towards Exabyte's future requirements. Exabyte is not liable for any Product manufactured or materials purchased beyond what is stated in the forecast and according to the attached Product Lead Time Model.
