Planning Schedule. Any planning schedule or quantity estimate provided by Boeing shall be used solely for production planning. Boeing may purchase Products in different quantities and specify different delivery dates as necessary to meet Boeing's requirements. Such planning schedule and quantity estimate shall be subject to adjustment from time to time. Any such adjustment is not a change under GTA Section 10.0.
