Plans Available. The following plans are available to bargaining unit employees: 1. Health Insurance through California’s Valued Trust ("CVT") Any plan designated by the Hughson Educators Association. This coverage shall be contingent upon the rules of CVT. Under current rules, CVT requires all full-time employees to have medical coverage through CVT. Full-time teachers may not decline health coverage. 2. Dental and Vision Insurance through Central Region Schools Insurance Group ("CRSIG") a. Dental Any plan designated by the Hughson Educators Association. b. Vision Any plan designated by the Hughson Educators Association. 3. Life Insurance through CVT Any plan designated by the Hughson Educators Association. A term policy shall be provided to each employee. Employees shall have the opportunity to purchase additional coverage. This coverage shall be contingent upon the rules of CVT.

Plans Available. Employees may select from those medical, dental, vision and insurance plans offered by SCOE. Additionally, there are other tax-exempt benefits that are available under the provisions of the IRC 125 plans. SCOE offers a Cafeteria Plan for its employees who meet the plan's eligibility requirements. The IRC 125 plan allows an employee to shelter certain benefits provided under the plan on a pre- tax basis. All eligible employees will have SCOE contribute a monthly health benefit allocation twelfthly of $588.45 for health benefits as set out in 22.04 below. That health benefit allowance will equal seven-thousand sixty-one dollars and forty cents ($7061.40) annually. Employees hired before January 1, 2014 who provide proof of other coverage in alternative medical benefits and who waive taking any medical plan, will receive a cash-in-lieu allocation of three hundred dollars monthly or three thousand six hundred ($3600.00) annually. Those hired after that date who provide proof and opt out of medical benefits will receive one hundred dollars ($100) monthly or $1200 annually. Contingent upon agreements with the other unit and management, effective July 1, 2020, SCOE agrees to increase the monthly allocation for two party and family benefits by sixty dollars ($60) to $375 monthly. Employees who opt out of the medical benefit plan will be permanently excluded from post-retirement medical benefits. The Benefit Expansion Fund will be examined annually in negotiations and recommendations will be made to the Superintendent.

  • RDDS availability Refers to the ability of all the RDDS services for the TLD, to respond to queries from an Internet user with appropriate data from the relevant Registry System. If 51% or more of the RDDS testing probes see any of the RDDS services as unavailable during a given time, the RDDS will be considered unavailable.

  • Excess Availability Borrowers shall maintain Excess Availability at ------------------- all times of at least $4,500,000.

  • High Availability Registry Operator will conduct its operations using network and geographically diverse, redundant servers (including network-­‐level redundancy, end-­‐node level redundancy and the implementation of a load balancing scheme where applicable) to ensure continued operation in the case of technical failure (widespread or local), or an extraordinary occurrence or circumstance beyond the control of the Registry Operator. Registry Operator’s emergency operations department shall be available at all times to respond to extraordinary occurrences.

  • Funds Available Unless the Administrative Agent shall have received notice from a Lender prior to 1:00 P.M. (New York City time) on the date of any Borrowing that such Lender will not make available to the Administrative Agent such Lender’s ratable portion of such Borrowing, the Administrative Agent may assume that such Lender has made such portion available to the Administrative Agent on the date of such Borrowing in accordance with subsection (a) of this Section 2.02 and the Administrative Agent may, in reliance upon such assumption, make available to the relevant Borrower on such date a corresponding amount. If and to the extent that such Lender shall not have so made such ratable portion available to the Administrative Agent, such Lender and the relevant Borrower severally agree to repay to the Administrative Agent forthwith on demand such corresponding amount together with interest thereon, for each day from the date such amount is made available to the relevant Borrower until the date such amount is repaid to the Administrative Agent, at (i) in the case of the relevant Borrower, the interest rate applicable at the time to Advances comprising such Borrowing and (ii) in the case of such Lender, the Federal Funds Rate. If such Lender shall repay to the Administrative Agent such corresponding amount, such amount so repaid shall constitute such Lender’s Advance as part of such Borrowing for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Minimum Excess Availability Borrower shall have Excess Availability under the Revolving Credit Loans facility of not less than the amount specified in the Schedule, after giving effect to the initial advance hereunder and after giving effect to any applicable Loan Reserves against borrowing availability under the Revolving Credit Loans.
