Plans, documents and objects prepared by the contracting authority (Art. 35) At the request of the contractor, the contractor receives free of charge and where possible in digital form a complete set of plans that has served as the basis for awarding the contract. The contracting authority is liable for the conformity of these copies with the original plans. The contractor preserves all the documents and correspondence relating to the award and performance of the contract and keeps these available to the contracting authority until final acceptance.
