Common use of Plans for dealing with Incidents Clause in Contracts

Plans for dealing with Incidents. (a) In consultation with the Operator, ARTC will formulate and periodically review and update plans which are consistent with ARTC’s Accreditation requirements. (b) The Operator will formulate a plan for dealing with Incidents and provide it to ARTC. The Operator’s plan will be consistent with any plan prepared by ARTC under clause 11.1(a) and is subject to the approval of ARTC, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
