Plan’s Release. Subject to Sections 4.6 and 14, upon the Effective Date of Settlement, the Independent Fiduciary’s approval of the Settlement shall constitute a release of Plaintiffs’ Released Claims that the Plan may have against Defendants’ Releasees.
