Plant and machinery etc. Save as disclosed in the Management Accounts, all the fixed and loose plant and machinery, equipment, furniture, fittings and vehicles used by the Company as at the Management Accounts Date are reflected in the Management Accounts, were at the Management Accounts Date and (except for such items as have been disposed of or realised by the Company in the ordinary course of business) remain in the absolute beneficial ownership of the Company and are free from any Encumbrance, hire or hire purchase agreement or leasing agreement or agreement for payment on deferred terms.
