Common use of Plant Beds Clause in Contracts

Plant Beds. Remove weeds, grass, and other undesirable growth from plant beds after each mowing cycle. Additional mulch will be placed in plant bed areas as needed. Bark mulch will be turned every forty-five (45) days. Mulch will be furnished by the State and applied by the Provider as directed by the State. Dead or dying plants will be replaced by the Provider as directed by the State. Replacement plants will be furnished by the State.
