Plant Safety Regulations. a) The Employer shall on request from the Contractor isolate required plant from all sources of danger as described in the Plant Safety Regulations. b) The Employer shall, on request, make available a copy of the latest revision of the Plant Safety Regulations to the Contractor. c) The Contractor shall conform to all rules and regulations applicable to Plant Safety and shall complete the Xxxxxxx’x Register prior to working on the plant.
