Plate Glass. Tenant shall be responsible for the maintenance of the plate glass on the Premises, which shall obligate Tenant to be personally liable for any claim, loss or damage related thereto, together with the cost of the repair of same. Tenant's responsibility for maintenance of the plate glass includes its replacement in the event repair of the glass would not restore the glass to its original condition at the time of installation.
