Common use of Platnost Clause in Contracts

Platnost. This Agreement will become binding on the date on which it is last signed by the Parties and effective on the date of its publication in the Register of Agreements in accordance with Act No. 340/2015 Coll., on Register of Agreements (the „Effective Date“) and shall continue until completion or until terminated in accordance with this Section 15 “Term & Termination”. Tato Smlouva nabývá platnosti k datu, kdy bude podepsána poslední Stranou a účinnosti dnem jejího uveřejnění v registru smluv dle zákona č. 340/2015 Sb., o registru smluv (dále „Datum účinnosti“) a platí do skončení její platnosti nebo do doby, než bude vypovězena, podle článku 15 „Platnost a ukončení platnosti“.

Platnost. This Agreement will become binding on the date on which it is last signed by the Parties parties and effective on the date of its publication in the Register of Agreements in accordance with Act No. 340/2015 Coll., on Register of Agreements (the „“Effective Date“”) and shall continue until Study completion or until Agreement terminated in accordance with this Section 15 16 “Term & Termination”. Tato Smlouva nabývá platnosti k datu, kdy bude podepsána poslední Stranou a účinnosti dnem k datu jejího uveřejnění uveřejnení v registru smluv dle zákona č. 340/2015 Sb., o registru smluv (dále „Datum účinnosti“) a platí zůstane v účinnosti do skončení její platnosti nebo do doby, než bude vypovězena, podle článku 15 okamžiku dokončení či ukončení Studie v souladu s tímto Článkem 14 „Platnost a ukončení Ukončení platnosti“.
