Playoff Games. Upon the mutual agreement of the Athletic Trainer and the Athletic Director, the Athletic Trainer will be available for away games for Serviced Sports if the Service Sports are in a playoff competition.
Playoff Games. The City and Tides agree that good attendance at playoff games is a priority and both will work together to maximize efforts at achieving that goal. All home playoff games shall be played at the Stadium unless otherwise required by MLB Agreements or the Rules. The costs and expense associated with moving any playoff games so required by the MLB Agreements or the Rules will be the responsibility of the Tides.
Playoff Games. In the event that a team qualified for playoff games, the coach may submit a claim for the following extra time involved at the rate of $19.57 per hour for the term of this Agreement. Home Games- 4 Hours; Away Games- 5 Vi Hours; Practices-2 Hours per session.
Playoff Games. (a) The WNBA may assign Referees to serve as alternate officials at Playoff Games (“Alternate Playoff Officials”). Without limiting the WNBA’s exclusive right to determine the duties and responsibilities of a Referee assigned to serve as an Alternate Playoff Official at a Playoff Game, and in addition to complying with all other terms of this Agreement, a Referee assigned as an Alternate Playoff Official will be required to: (i) Attend and participate in all pre-game, halftime, and post-game activities required of Referees assigned to officiate the Game; (ii) Be dressed in the WNBA-mandated game uniform for the duration of the Game; (iii) Be seated at the scorer’s table or remain stationed in the Referees’ dressing room, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the WNBA, and be available to assist the on-court crew with administration of the Game as needed; (iv) Be prepared to work as a Referee in the Game; and (v) Work as a Referee in the Game at the direction of the WNBA. (i) The list of Referees selected for the first and second rounds of the Playoffs will be provided to the NBRA and the Referees selected for the first round by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on the day following the final Game of the Regular Season. In the event that the WNBA Playoffs format materially changes from the four (4) round format used during the 2020 Season, the WNBA and NBRA will meet and confer over the timing of notification to the NBRA of the Referees selected to work the first and second rounds of the Playoffs. (ii) The WNBA will make reasonable efforts to provide the list of Referees selected for the third and fourth rounds of the Playoffs to the NBRA and the Referees selected no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the first Game of the respective round. In the event that the WNBA Playoffs format materially changes from the four (4) round format used during the 2020 Season, the WNBA and NBRA will meet and confer over the timing of notification to the NBRA of the Referees selected to work any rounds to follow the second round of the Playoffs. (c) Immediately following the WNBA’s notification to Referees selected to officiate a Game 4 or Game 5 of a five (5) Game series Playoff round, the WNBA shall provide an e-mail notification to all Referees selected to work in that Playoff round that Playoff Game assignments for the Game 4 or Game 5, as applicable, have been made.
Playoff Games. Subject to availability and the rules and regulations of MLB, the Venue will provide Account Holder with the option to purchase the number of tickets specified on the Account Holder’s My Dodgers Tickets account to all Playoff Games played by the Team at Dodger Stadium during the 2023 Season; the exact seat location of all such tickets will be determined by the Venue at its sole discretion.

Playoff Games. ‌ In this Section the following words and phrases shall have the following definitions:
Playoff Games. Playoff game tickets are at an additional cost above and beyond Member’s annual Membership dues. Members shall have the opportunity to purchase the seats associated with their Membership for DTI home playoff games. Except as expressly set forth herein, terms and conditions governing Members’ rights to purchase of playoff tickets shall be determined by DTI in their sole discretion prior to the end of the regular season and may be amended from time-to-time.
Playoff Games. Playoff game tickets are at an additional cost above and beyond my annual Membership dues. Members shall have the opportunity to purchase the seats associated with their Membership for MDL home playoff games, with the exception of any Super Bowl games, which shall be governed by applicable NFL rules. Except as expressly set forth herein, terms and conditions governing Members’ rights to purchase of playoff tickets shall be determined by MDL in their sole discretion prior to the end of the regular season and may be amended from time-to-time. Restrictions: I agree not to transmit, distribute, or sell (or aid in transmitting, distributing or selling), in any media any description, account, picture, video, audio or other form of reproduction of any MDL game or any surrounding activities for which my ticket is issued. My ticket(s) may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, the sale of all or substantially all of my season tickets for non-personal, business use, and any advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, without the express written consent of MDL. Assumption of Risk/Release of Liability: I (and the user(s) of my tickets for any particular game or event) voluntarily assume all risk and danger of personal injury (including death) and all hazards arising from, or related in any way to, the game (including, but not limited to, injuries caused by players, fans, footballs or other objects) whether occurring prior to, during or after the game, however caused and whether by negligence or otherwise. I (and the user(s) of my tickets for any particular game or event) agree that neither MDL, the NFL, or their respective affiliates, employees, agents or owners are liable for any injuries from such causes.
