Food and Beverage. All food and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) which are located at the Hotel (whether opened or unopened), or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, including, without limitation, all food and beverages located in the guest rooms, but expressly excluding any alcoholic beverages to the extent the sale or transfer of the same is not permitted under Applicable Law (the “F&B”);
Food and Beverage. Certain packaged foods and nonalcoholic beverages may be distributed by Exhibitors from their exhibit space. The distribution of any food or beverages by Exhibitors must be approved in advance by ASHP. Details are available in the online exhibitor service kit. Exhibitors need to be aware of ASHP policy regarding the consumption of alcoholic beverages: “That alcohol is a drug and should be used with the respect and concern afforded to any drug; that pharmacists should extend their professional obligations and responsibilities to alcohol use by individuals and themselves; that pharmacists have an obligation to ensure that, if consumed, alcohol is used only responsibly; that pharmacists, by example in their personal conduct, should xxxxxx awareness of the nature of alcohol and responsible use of alcohol by those who choose to use alcohol; and that ASHP and its members continue to support and xxxxxx impaired-pharmacists programs as a means of providing opportunities for such individuals to rehabilitate themselves.” ASHP monitors state and city laws related to smoking bans and considers meeting locations that have enacted smoke free regulations for public areas. The Meeting is a smoke free area. Exhibitors are not permitted to photograph, audiotape or videotape sessions or exhibits during the Meeting without express prior written approval from ASHP.
Food and Beverage. The rights to all concessions are reserved by the convention facility, and the Exhibitor will not be permitted to sell or distribute any soft drinks, tobacco products, confections or food for consumption on the premises without permission from the convention facility or the facility’s exclusive food service provider.
Food and Beverage a. Licensee must select a caterer from the list of Promenade Park house caterers for service of both food and beverages. (Celebratory cakes only are excluded from this requirement). Licensee shall not bring into the Park any other food or beverages. The Licensee is responsible for the removal of all food and supplies from the facility.
b. The FWPRD requires that the Licensee provide confirmation of the selection of the house caterer one (1) month before the Event Date.

Food and Beverage. 7.1 The Group agrees to provide a minimum of $XXXX in food and beverage inclusive of service charges and taxes. Should the Group’s food and beverage revenue fall below this amount, the Group shall be liable for the difference between the minimum food and beverage revenue and the actualized food and beverage revenue multiplied by 40% (minimum food and beverage revenue minus actualized food and beverage revenue multiplied by 40%). This amount will be placed on the Group’s Master Account. The parties intend to liquidate damages in the event the Group fails to meet the food and beverage minimum set forth in this section. Therefore, the parties agree that (a) the above formula is a reasonable estimate of the Hotel’s damage in the event the food and beverage minimum set forth in this section is not met and (b) the liquidated damages set forth in this section do not constitute a penalty. Food and Beverage. Permittee agrees to abide by the laws, fire and health codes and regulations of the City of Bethlehem and of the State of Pennsylvania, which regulate the operation of food and beverage serving facilities.
Food and Beverage a. Meetings and seminars shall be facilitated in both Clubs at the price offered to regular members.
b. Private parties may be arranged at either Club under the same terms and conditions.
c. All restaurant facilities are accessible at both Clubs on weekdays, with the weekend and Public Holiday usage needing the prior approval of the General Manager.
Food and Beverage. A. Licensor shall have the exclusive right to provide food and beverage services in connection with the Event. No attendee and no other individual or organization is permitted to bring food or beverage products into the Center without the express written consent of Licensor.
B. Licensee shall pay Licensor for all food and beverage products and services provided at the Event (the “Food and Beverage Fee”), in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in Section I.G. Licensee acknowledges that the License Fee has been established based on Licensee’s representation that the Food and Beverage Fee to be paid by Licensee hereunder shall be no less than the amount of the Food and Beverage Minimum set forth in Section I.F. In the event the actual Food and Beverage Fee is less than the Food and Beverage Minimum, Licensor shall have the right to increase the License Fee by an amount necessary to compensate Licensor for the deficiency, as described in Section I.F and/or I.H.
C. No later than 21 days prior to the Event, Licensee and Licensor shall enter into a work order specifying the specific menu items and estimate of number of people at the Event for whom such items will be provided. Such work order shall include an estimate of the Food and Beverage Fee. No later than 5 days prior to the Event, the work order shall be revised to reflect any changes in the “guaranteed” number of people attending the Event. Once such work order is entered into, Licensee shall be required to pay, at a minimum, the Food and Beverage Fee specified therein, regardless of any subsequent changes requested to the menu or attendance number. Any remaining balance of the Food and Beverage fee not previously paid to Licensor shall be paid to Licensor by credit card on the day of the Event.
D. If the Event is catered (whether by Licensor using its own staff or a third party caterer), it will be subject to a 21% Management Charge. This Management Charge is the sole property of the food/beverage service company or the Licensor, as applicable, is used to cover such party’s costs and expenses in connection with the catered event (other than employee tips, gratuities, and wages), and is not charged in lieu of a tip. Food and Beverage. A. Operator acknowledges that the Greens Café Tenant has the exclusive right to sell and dispense food and non-alcoholic beverages in the existing restaurant/café, banquet/facilities (including outdoor patio), outdoor pavilion, mobile food/beverage carts and for any golf outings held on Golf Course Property. The Greens Café Tenant has also been granted an Annual State Permit License to sell alcoholic beverages in the restaurant, banquet room and on the patio in open containers for immediate consumption. Greens Café Tenant has also been granted exclusive rights to distribute and sell malt alcoholic beverages on the Golf Course Property in plastic containers from a beverage cart as long as it receives all appropriate permits and licenses from the New Jersey Division on Alcoholic Beverage Control. Upon expiration or termination of the Greens Café Lease, future tenants or concessionaires of the Greens Café may have similar exclusive rights for the sale of food and beverages.
B. Operator shall not sell or dispense food or beverages (alcoholic and non- alcoholic) on the Golf Course Property. Golf outing groups are prohibited from bringing their own food or beverages on the Golf Course Property, with the exception noted in (i) below. Outside catering vendors are prohibited from operating on the Golf Course Property.
i. Wawa has traditionally held a corporate outing on the Golf Course Property bringing its own food and non-alcoholic beverages to the outing. For this annual outing, the Department and Greens Café Tenant have allowed an exception to the Greens Café Tenant’s exclusive right to serve food and non- alcoholic beverages on the Golf Course Property in exchange for the golf course operator compensating the Greens Café Tenant Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for each day the outing was held. Operator will have the option of continuing to allow the Wawa event under these terms or any such terms it negotiates with Greens Café Tenant or future Greens Café tenants or concessionaires.
C. The Operator may maintain and is entitled to all proceeds from a soda machine outside the Clubhouse and the Greens Café Tenant may maintain and is entitled to all proceeds from a soda machine inside the Clubhouse.
D. When the current Greens Café Lease expires or is terminated, the Department will publicly bid a new lease or concession agreement, but Operator will have the right of first refusal to enter into an agreement with the Department to operate Greens Café. The minimum ...
Food and Beverage. All food and beverage must be provided by West Vancouver Yacht Club. Due to health regulations, food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) may not be brought in or removed from the premises. Special Occasion Cake and/or Cupcakes from a Facility that practices FoodSafe are the exception. However, a cake cutting fee of $60.00 will be charged for all Special Occasion Cakes that require cutting.
