You Are Liable For Our Property from the Time It Is In Your Custody and Control until the Time It Is Returned To Us The Parties agree that these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) shall govern, and constitute a rental agreement, the rental of certain fixtures, furnishings, equipment, vehicles, and property (collectively “Props”), the same of which are comprised of organic/animate and inanimate (as defined below) Props (and also sometimes referred to as “Property”) rented from GREEN SET INC. (“Us”) by (“You”) (singularly the “Party” or collectively the “Parties”), and is not either a sale or a security interest in the Props, except as to the limited right to custody and use of the Props as provided for herein and in Our invoice(s) to You in connection with Your production, party, or event currently entitled (the “Production”).
