Common use of Point Guard Clause in Contracts

Point Guard. An optional service protection plan offered to most residential customers – commercial customers not eligible – who subscribe to PBB Services and are not in a delinquent payment status or otherwise in breach of any applicable service term or condition for any of Customer’s PBB Services. The Service Protection Plan may be cancelled at any time; however, if the Service Protection Plan is cancelled within 60 days of a chargeable in-home service visit, Customer will be charged for the service visit. Covered items are as described in the Point Guard Service Protection Plan Terms and Conditions. If any terms of the Point Guard Service Protection Plan Terms and Conditions conflict with these Terms and Conditions of Service, then these Terms and Conditions of Service apply.
