Common use of POINTS OF RECEIPT AND DELIVERY Clause in Contracts

POINTS OF RECEIPT AND DELIVERY. The point(s) at which the Gas is to be tendered by Customer to CADEVILLE STORAGE under this Agreement (Customer’s Point(s) of Receipt) and the point(s) at which the Gas is to be tendered by CADEVILLE STORAGE to Customer under this Agreement (Customer’s Point(s) of Delivery) shall be the point(s) designated on Exhibit “A” hereto.

POINTS OF RECEIPT AND DELIVERY. The point(s) at which the Gas is to be tendered by Customer to CADEVILLE STORAGE under this Agreement shall be at the point(s) located on the pipeline system(s) designated on Exhibit A hereto (Customer’s Point(s) of Receipt) and the ). The point(s) at which the Gas is to be tendered by CADEVILLE STORAGE to Customer under this Agreement shall be at the point(s) located on the pipeline system(s) designated on Exhibit A hereto (Customer’s Point(s) of Delivery) shall be the point(s) designated on Exhibit “A” hereto).

POINTS OF RECEIPT AND DELIVERY. The point(s) at which the Gas is to be tendered by Customer to CADEVILLE PERRYVILLE STORAGE under this Agreement (Customer’s Point(s) of Receipt) and the point(s) at which the Gas is to be tendered by CADEVILLE PERRYVILLE STORAGE to Customer under this Agreement (Customer’s Point(s) of Delivery) shall be the point(s) designated on Exhibit “A” hereto.
